As a key high-performance material, polyimide (PI) is driving the innovative development of strategic emerging industries with unprecedented momentum. Currently, the global polyimide industry has entered a critical stage of a new round of transformation and upgrading. In this process, the interdisciplinary integration of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, aerospace, integrated circuits, and biomedicine continues to push PI research and development beyond the scope of traditional structural design, expanding toward intelligence, greenization, and multidisciplinary integration.
为应对全球共同面临的技术挑战,推动产学研用深度融合,中山大学、桂林电器科学研究院有限公司、中国科学院过程工程研究所、日本东京科学大学等单位,将于2026年7月8日至12日在中国广州共同主办“2026国际聚酰亚胺会议(IPIC 2026)”。
To address the common global technological challenges and promote in-depth integration of industry, academia, research, and application, Sun Yat-sen University, Guilin Electrical Equipment Scientific Research Institute Co., Ltd., Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Tokyo University of Science will jointly host the "2026 International Polyimide Conference (IPIC 2026)" in Guangzhou, China, from July 8 to 12, 2026.
本次会议旨在构建一个国际化、高层次的交流平台,汇聚来自中国、日本、韩国、泰国、新加坡等地的专家学者、企业代表、青年科研人员与技术开发者,在延续2024与2025两届国际聚酰亚胺会议(IPIC 2024、IPIC 2025)成果的基础上,通过大会报告、青年科学家论坛、专题论坛、圆桌座谈、学术墙报及产研对接等丰富交流形式,共同探讨聚酰亚胺材料的前沿突破、市场趋势及可持续发展路径。会议将特设产学研对接专区与产品展区,集中展示前沿科研成果、创新技术与先进设备,促进产学研用深度融合。
The conference aims to build an international, high-level exchange platform, bringing together experts, scholars, enterprise representatives, young researchers, and technology developers from China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and other regions. Building on the achievements of the 2024 and 2025 International Polyimide Conferences (IPIC 2024, IPIC 2025), it will facilitate discussions on frontier breakthroughs, market trends, and sustainable development paths of polyimide materials through diverse exchange formats, including plenary reports, young scientists' forums, thematic forums, roundtable discussions, academic posters, and industry-research matchmaking. A dedicated industry-academia-research docking zone and product exhibition area will be set up at the conference to showcase cutting-edge scientific research achievements, innovative technologies, and advanced equipment, promoting in-depth integration of industry, academia, research, and application.
